Data Deletion Instructions

Effective June 30, 2026

Willa takes data ownership seriously. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Willa account and any data Willa stores on your behalf — including data received from Meta (Facebook / Instagram) when you connect a Meta Ads account.

1. Delete your data from inside Willa

  • Sign in at heywilla.ai/app.
  • Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Meta Ads. This revokes Willa's access token and stops any further data sync from Meta.
  • To remove individual records (leads, contacts, campaigns), open them in the app and delete them directly.
  • To delete your entire organization and all associated data, go to Settings → Danger Zone or email us (see below) and we will purge your organization within 30 days.

2. Remove Willa from your Facebook account

You can revoke Willa's access to your Facebook/Meta account at any time directly from Facebook:

  • Open Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
  • Find Willa in the list of connected apps.
  • Click Remove. Facebook will send Willa a deletion-callback notification, and Willa will permanently delete the Meta data associated with your Facebook user ID within 30 days.

3. Email-based deletion request

If you prefer, email privacy@heywilla.ai from the address associated with your Willa account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include:

  • Your Willa account email
  • Your organization name (if known)
  • Whether you want full account deletion or only Meta-related data removed

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete, along with a confirmation code you can reference.

4. What gets deleted

  • Your user account and authentication credentials.
  • Your organization record and all contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns, messages, calls, transcripts, appointments, and AI chat threads tied to it.
  • OAuth tokens and integration metadata for Meta, Google, and any other connected provider.
  • Backup snapshots are purged on rolling retention (max 90 days).

Some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form solely for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes as required by law.
